We accept returns and exchanges only when an item arrives defective or is not what you ordered, for example a different item, size or colour. Items that arrive as described cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to request a return or exchange
Contact us as soon as possible after your order arrives, with your order number and photos that show the problem. Please keep the item unworn, with its tags and original packaging, until we have reviewed your request.
What happens next
Once we confirm that the item is defective or incorrect, we will arrange an exchange or a refund for that item.
